Our 5 step on-boarding process
The onboarding process ensures that we capture your requirements and information correctly.
1. Confirm plan details
You’ve talked with one of our team and confirmed your requirement.
2. Complete the onboarding form
This sends information such as end-user, billing and shipping information.
3. Review and sign the e-contract
You’ll receive a contract link to review and sign online. You’ll need a valid mobile phone number to receive an authorisation code when signing.
4. Add a payment method
We’ll either send an invoice for the service or request a payment method (credit card). Credit cards are stored with PCI compliant card operator Stripe. You can also opt to pay by bank transfer - contact your account manager for more information.
5. Products shipped
We’ll ship your SIM cards via DHL Express (or a similar courier if DHL is unavailable).
