What is an account balance?

A company balance is provided for businesses utilising multiple SIM cards. Any SIM cards subscribed to our PAYGO plan can utilise the account balance. The account balance decreases as data is consumed by each SIM card. We decrease the balance per MB to maximize the value for your expenditure.


The advantages of utilising an account balance instead of a prepaid data plan include:

  • Payment solely for the data consumed
  • Avoidance of individual plan payments
  • Centralised view of all SIM cards in one portal

How to access account balance

Simply click "Balance" from any window in the portal.

Account balance top-up / refill

You can choose to manually refill your account balance or enable auto-refill to ensure that your cards remain connected.
