How long can a sim card remain inactive?

Currently we have no "hard" cancellation limit (meaning that it will be cancelled permanently). In the future this may change but it's likely the limit will be set to 12 months minimum.

If you need the card to stay dormant it's also best to contact us directly so that we can add a note to your account and card.
